Mumbai City, Most efficiently planned the Railways that connect almost every region in its expanse. Within a city that fights the issue of space crunch, there's a need of an efficient & reliable system to layer each geographical region ensuring medical safety to all its residents.

WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION laid down guidelines for Health Care Facilities as:

-Health needs throughout lives.

-Multisectoral policy and action.

-Empowering Communities - be incharge of their own health.

There are 2 ways to approach the issue.: So, Provide

1. PERMANENT HEALTH FACILITY

2. MOBILE/ ON-CALL FACILITY

3. DEMAND BASED MULIPLICABLE MEDICAL FACILITY

 

The Design aims to provide all the citizens with a MOBILE, MODULAR, FOOL-PROOF & COST EFFECTIVE solution for the same. They say that those parallel Rail lines travel together longest distances but always remain at a constant distance, never crossing each other. Let’s call health facilities to similarly travel along humans as far as they go, but making sure they constantly cross paths with them to check on their well being.
