Landscaping in a Public Square, Fort- Mumbai.

This Triangular piece of land is enclosed by Public and Private commercial Buildings on all 3 sides. The character of the space is mainly dominated by the Classical style of facades of the Buildings around it.

Keeping in mind the major function of the area- Break out zone, the space is planned to provide both open and semi open spaces for people to pass time. While some people choose to spend time in groups while others wish to spend the break times alone Hence the design considers both cases and delicately handles the existing vegetation onsite along with other functional requirements.
